Please bring your tracking number with you to the fair. Please ensure that your materials are guaranteed to arrive by the Monday prior to the fair. Your supplies will be at your assigned booth when you arrive. To ship them back at the end of the fair, please bring your PRE-PRINTED label(s) and items to the employer check-in table. Shipping labels will NOT be provided.
Toggle ItemWhat are the driving and parking directions for the Career Fairs?If you are using GPS navigation, use the following destination address:
LaVell Edwards Stadium, Provo, UT 84604(Plan for approximately 1 hour of travel time from the Salt Lake City Airport)
Parking lot 49Y (east of the LaVell Edwards football stadium) is reserved all day for employer parking. A shuttle will transport you from the Wilkinson Student Center to the stadium parking lot and back as necessary. It will run from 7 AM to 4 PM. If you need a ride to the parking lot, please wait at the employer drop-off/pick-up areas or give us a call if you can't find one. If you have questions regarding shuttles, visit the employer check-in table or call at (801) 422-6535. Please note that the shuttle ends at 4 PM, so please plan accordingly.
Directions to drop off your supplies at the Wilkinson Student Center (WSC)
- From the stadium parking lot, continue on University Parkway towards the mountains (east), and turn right onto 900 East.
- Turn right on Heritage Drive into Parking Lot #3. The WSC is at the south side of the parking lot.
- After dropping off your supplies, follow the “Employer Parking” signs back to Lavell Edwards Stadium.
Toggle ItemWhen do I need to arrive to set up my booth for the Fairs?STEM Fair: Please arrive between 7:00am and 8:30am on the day of the fair to register and to set up your booth. The STEM Career Fair begins at 9:00am and ends at 3:00pm.

Since there are changes being made right up until the fair, we won’t be able to tell you your booth location ahead of time. When you arrive on the day of the fair, we will show you to your booth.
Toggle ItemHow big are the booths? Will my booth have electricity?Each booth space is exactly 8 feet wide, 5 feet deep and 7 feet high. It includes a 6-ft table, tablecloth, and four chairs. Out of respect for other employers, please keep your displays to 8 feet. If your display exceeds 8 feet, please order an additional booth for the same amount as your original booth. If you do not order a second booth and your display impedes another organization’s space, you will be asked to take down your display. Every booth has electricity. Employers do not need to request this in addition to the booth. There is no additional charge.
Toggle ItemWill food be provided?Breakfast and lunch will be served upstairs in Room 3222 of the Wilkinson Student Center. Breakfast is from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Please note - coffee will not be served. The ticketed STEM Fair lunch will also be served from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Lunch tickets are provided upon check-in in your employer registration packet. Extra lunches are $35. You are welcome to bring your lunch back to your booth if you are in a rush. Additionally, “Out to Lunch” signs are available at the check-in table per request.

If you have already requested rooms, you can verify your request via Handshake . **Please note: due to high demand, same-day requests for new or additional interview space cannot be accommodated. There is a limited amount of interview rooms available, so please plan accordingly.

Toggle ItemWhat are early access hours?We're excited to announce a new aspect for our Winter Fairs called Early Access Hours. These hours will last from 9-10:00 AM at the Winter 2020 BYU Fairs. This hour is an attempt to give priority to graduating Seniors, students with disabilities, and to Graduate Students. At 10:00 AM the fair will be opened to all students as well.
