Handshake is our recruiting platform. If you have an opportunity for students, and want to get the best results, you should post it there first! For questions on how to do so, please refer to this guide or contact Will Tenney: william_tenney@byu.edu.

Our bulletin board has a great location right in the heart of the Wilkinson Student Center.

The ad to be displayed on our board must be:
  • 8.5x11”(Page)
  • 11x17”(Poster Size)

It also must be submitted at least 5 business days before you’d like for the ad to be displayed. The ad will be displayed for two weeks.

Some things to keep in mind:

1. Be sure all formatting and spelling is correct on the ad.
2. Submit a high-quality file format for us to print and display.
3. Opportunities must be in line with our Recruiting Guidelines.
We are happy to share your opportunities on our Instagram and Facebook accounts!
  • Instagram Story: We will feature your opportunity on our story! It will be displayed on the following Monday after submission.
  • Facebook Post: We will display your opportunity as a post on Facebook for 1 week beginning the Monday after submission.

The ad must be formatted to these specifications:
  • as an image file (.jpg/.png)
  • sized at 2161 x 2161

It also must be sent to us at least 5 business days before you’d like for us to post.
