  • Parking lot 49Y is east of the LaVell Edwards football stadium and is entered by turning at the traffic light labeled "Events Parking". This lot is reserved all day for employer parking. Shuttles from the stadium to the east entrance of the WSC (Wilkinson Student Center) will be provided all day during the fair. If you have questions regarding shuttles, visit the employer check-in table or call at (801) 422-3000

If you are using GPS navigation, use the following destination address:

LaVell Edwards Stadium, Provo, UT 84604

(Plan for approximately 1 hour of travel time from the Salt Lake City Airport)

To drop off heavy items that won't fit in the shuttle (8-passenger minivan), go directly to the Wilkinson Student Center (WSC) first:

    1. From the stadium parking lot, turn left on University Parkway towards the mountains (east)
    2. Turn right onto 900 East.
    3.  Turn right on Campus Lane and continue to the WSC roundabout.
    4. After dropping off your supplies to volunteers outside the WSC, follow the “Employer Parking” signs back to Lavell Edwards Stadium. (You will turn left on 900 East, left on University Parkway, and right at the light called "Events Parking" into the stadium parking lot.)
This lot & shuttle are available ONLY on career fair days.

*Since there are changes being made right up until the fair, we won’t be able to tell you your booth location ahead of time. When you arrive on the day of the fair, we will show you to your booth.

  • Each booth space is exactly 8 feet wide, 5 feet deep, and 7 feet high. It includes a 6-ft table and two chairs, and electricity is provided at no additional charge—there is no need to request it separately.

Out of respect for other employers, please keep your displays within the allotted 8-foot width. If your display exceeds 8 feet, you must reserve an additional booth at the same rate as your original. If you do not reserve an extra booth and your display impedes another organization’s space, you will be asked to remove or adjust your display.

Each booth accommodates up to 4 representatives total. If your organization brings more than 4 representatives per booth, you must reserve an additional booth. Booths are not large enough to comfortably or safely host additional representatives, and doing so can create crowding for neighboring booths.

Please note that pipe and drape will not be available at the fairs. Be sure that any branded materials are printed only on one side, as materials may be visible from the booth directly behind yours.
