Helpful Tips for On-Campus Recruiting

Below is some helpful information to ensure a great BYU experience for an on-campus recruiting event. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Our Recruiter ExperienceTeam is more than happy to help.

Information Session Day of Arrival Information:

  • Please arrive at 2410 of the Wilkinson Student Center 30 minutes prior to your event. As an alternative, you may go straight to your assigned room if you know where it is located.
  • A member of Recruiter Experience Team will be available at your room to assist you as you set up and to take attendance.
  • Driving and Parking information
  • Dining and Hotels (special rates)
  • 5 Tips to Improve Attendance

Booth Day of Arrival Information:

  • Please arrive at your assigned booth at your scheduled time.
  • Please be aware that your booking may be cancelled if you have not arrived at your booth within the first hour of your reserved time.
  • Any materials left at a booth after 5pm will be disposed of.

On Campus Interviews Day of Arrival Information:

  • Please arrive at 2410 of the Wilkinson Student Center 30 minutes early.
  • Driving and Parking information
  • Recruiters will receive a printed interview schedule and a resume packet upon request.
  • Complimentary Lunch will be available at check in.
