Why I love working here:
Searching for a job is a stressful process for most people, and it can be especially overwhelming when you’re in college. It feels like you’re being asked – with little experience – to make huge decisions that will impact the rest of your life. I love demystifying this process for students and helping them feel confident about their futures, and I especially love when students tell me about their successes.

Quote I live by:
“The world was hers for the reading.” ― Betty Smith, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn

Advice for Students:
Savor your time in college, don’t be in too much of a hurry to get through; BYU has so much to offer! Spend a semester studying abroad; attend performances; do research with a professor; go to basketball games and gymnastics meets; take a pottery class; participate in the business plan competition; stake out your special spot in the library; apply for an internship; try all of the flavors of ice cream at the Creamery and all of the different types of fudge at the BYU Store; check out the Ballard and Rawlings Centers; attend devotionals, forums, and special lectures; hike the Y and visit all 5 national parks in Utah; see movies for free at the International Cinema; go on road trips with friends.

Favorite BYU Ice Cream Flavor:
Coconut Joy

What I love doing when I’m not at work:
Traveling as much as possible. Reading all the books, especially history and literary fiction. Cooking…and eating. Spending way too much time going down weird YouTube rabbit holes (you can learn anything on YouTube!)
